We believe in the concept of 1-on-1 personal coaching in a private setting. Not only is it safer, because the trainer is there to “spot” you, but we are also able to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly (the proper form) and with the right amount of weight.
Large gyms usually have a high turnover rate so chances are you will have to change trainers every few months. At Personal Level Fitness, our trainers have been with us for several years because they enjoy forming friendships with the people that they train.
