A: We assess our clients every 6-8 weeks as this is enough time to show statistically significant results for most people. Clients who follow our complete weekly plan and journal their healthy nutrition plans have consistently seen results, including remarkable improvements in strength and endurance during this period. Like most things in life, the more YOU put into it, the more YOU will get out of it.
A: This depends primarily on your fitness goals. Typically, our personal training clients prefer to come in 3 days a week for better results as training less often tends to slow down progress. Of course, clients that wish to achieve faster results can come in more often to really accelerate their fat loss and/or muscle growth.
A: Because we have different packages and payment plans, our pricing varies per member. The first session is always free so call 614.488.3300 today to schedule a workout. We would love to meet you to discover which package works best for your goals.
A: We provide nutritional counseling to help you understand how to select the healthy foods that work best with your lifestyle. Our goal is to introduce delicious, nutritional foods into your daily eating plan gradually so that you adapt a healthier lifestyle that you will keep forever.
A: No. We believe in the concept of 1-on-1 personal coaching in a private setting. Not only is it safer, because the trainer is there to “spot” you, but we are also able to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly (in the proper form) while using the right amount of weight.
A: We are open Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 9:00PM and Saturday 6:00 AM – 3:00PM. The 1-on-1 personal training sessions are by appointment only. Once you become a member, you can come in during our hours of operation to use the cardio equipment.
A: Yes. Once you become a member, you can come in during our hours of operation to use the cardio equipment. Our hours are Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 9:00PM and Saturday 6:00 AM – 3:00PM. We are closed on Sunday for family time!

A: Our cardio room has life fitness treadmills and elliptical, octane elliptical, and Precor bike. Our private fitness suites are fully equipped with free weights including dumbbells, bars, bands, balls, cables, smith machines etc.
A: Yes. Our shower facilities are for members and we provide a variety of complimentary hair and beauty products for your convenience.
