We believe in the concept of one-on-one personal coaching in a private setting. Working out is safer with a trainer there to “spot” you. Our trainers make sure you are doing the exercises correctly (with proper form) and using the right amount of weight. Additionally, the amount of attention that can be paid to you in a one-on-one setting is far greater than in a group setting.
