- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1–2 scoops protein powder (about 1/4 cup, or 29 grams)
- 2 tablespoons flax meal
