INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 ounces Greek yogurt, preferably frozen
- ½-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add each ingredient to a blender, adding the almond milk last so that the frozen berries and yogurt do not stick together and become one frozen berry mass.
- Blend until smooth.
- Sip and enjoy!
