INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 ounces Greek yogurt, preferably frozen
  • ½-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add each ingredient to a blender, adding the almond milk last so that the frozen berries and yogurt do not stick together and become one frozen berry mass.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Sip and enjoy!
