These tacos are low calorie , low in fat and loaded with fiber. They are very tasty and nutritious. The whole family will love them!

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1 can Hunts Diced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic and oregano
Mission Tortilla Low carb tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
lettuce (optional)
Directions
Brown ground turkey in skillet. Add 3/4 cups of water, beans and diced tomatoes. Simmer until desired consistency.
Lay your tortillas on the plates. Spoon meat mixture onto tortillas, add cheese and lettuce. I make mine open-faced but you can top it with another tortilla. Just dont forget to add the calories for the tortilla.
