Ingredients

  • 1 large peach,, pitted and diced (about 1 cup diced)
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup 1% or 2% milk
  • 4-5 milk ice cubes, (see cooking tip above)
  • Optional Mix Ins, (to increase nutritional value):
  • 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 4 strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup packed spinach

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-power blender and blend until smooth. Add additional milk or ice to reach desired constancy. Serve immediately
