Justin believes that fitness training is a key component to living a well-rounded, healthy life. It is the physical development of your body combined with healthy eating and adequate sleep that leads to success. His intent while training is to develop strong muscles that can be used functionally, every day. The client should be ready to work hard, safely, and effectively to reach whatever goal they may have. This includes building muscle, losing fat, eating right, sleeping well, and just living a healthy lifestyle.
The goal of fitness training in general is to build lean muscle, increased flexibility, and decrease risk factors for disease and injury. The training environment should be safe, clean, and welcoming. The owners, trainers, and equipment should be focused on the clients’ specific goals and outcome measures.
