How to perform a Straight Leg Deadlift:

Stand with your feet hip width apart with feet angled slightly outwards. It may be useful to stand on an adjustable block or platform.

  • Bend at the waist, keeping your legs straight. Grip the barbell using an overhand or alternating grip.

  • Extend your hips to lift the weight off the ground.
