Alexandra believes that exercise is a key piece of the puzzle when it comes to mental, physical, and emotional health. Exercise is a way to release many different stressors we experience on a daily basis. Not only does it help us deal with our health and stress issues, it gives us emotional confidence on the inside and out. Read about her intro into fitness.

My passion is to help people of all walks of life and health experience exercise on a very personal level. I opened Personal Level Fitness for the following reasons:

  1. to help people who have a difficult time exercising accomplish their goals
  2. to teach people how to lose weight and keep it off
  3. to take a current training program to the next level
  4. to teach people how to eat correctly and live a healthy lifestyle

Each client should be treated as an individual and not as a number so that they get the results that work best for their bodies. My intent for our clients is that they get the absolute best one-on-one, personal training in a clean, upbeat, and encouraging environment. Our attitudes should always reflect a willingness to go above and beyond what our clients’ expectations are. We are always here for the client to provide them with outstanding customer service, a shoulder to lean on, and the best results possible!

Dustin believes that personal fitness training is a great tool to help aid the body for a long and healthy life. His intent while training is to show his clientele how much they can achieve when they are pushed past their personal limitations. Dustin’s clients are expected to set attainable goals and keep them in mind during every training session. They need to push themselves during each session to achieve their current goals while continually setting new and challenging ones. “The goal of fitness training is to help clients achieve mental and physical health in all areas of their lives. One key to achieving mental and physical health is the training environment itself. I believe that a fitness trainer should be motivating to the client while at the same time keeping the atmosphere fun, uplifting, and inspiring. I love to see my clients reach their goals and full potential while getting them well on their way to a happier, healthier lifestyle.”

Mary believes that everyone should be given the chance to fall in love with fitness training. If you can make your training enjoyable along with the nutrition, then you will see positive results. Fitness training will also affect your overall well-being as a person and make a positive effect in every area of your life. Mary’s intent when training is to make the workout challenging and get the client to their goals! The client should work as hard as possible and stay positively self-motivated to reach their goals.

The goal of fitness training, in general, is to make sure you live a long, healthy life. When you live without risk factors, you can do more things and live a better quality of life, such as traveling, seeing grandkids and keeping your independence.

Mary likes the training environment to be full of positive trainers that are challenging clients to the best of their abilities while still having fun! The result should be – release the negativity and turn it into a positive result!!!

Tim believes that fitness training is the essential building block for a healthy lifestyle. His intent while training clients is to provide the proper essentials for their success. The client’s intent when training is to learn and maintain a healthier and more active lifestyle. When that progress is steady and consistent, the client will always see results.Tim believes the overall goal of fitness training is to promote a healthier lifestyle through aerobic and anaerobic exercises as well as proper nutrition. The training environment should be inviting, friendly, and motivational. The programs need to be created in an orderly and effective fashion to keep the body from hitting plateaus. The “end result” of each session or program should show the client achieving their individual goals. Having success always makes the client more comfortable and confident with themselves which creates enthusiasm to set new goals!

Eric believes that fitness training is for anyone and everyone. It takes effort and discipline, but can improve your way of life. His intent while training is to change an individual’s perspective on fitness. He likes to help improve movement efficiency and functionality! By improving these two areas, it makes training more successful. Eric wants to leave an imprint on every individual to help them reach their own successes! He believes the client’s intent should be to show up, listen, and work hard.In general, the goal of fitness training is to achieve specific goals for the clients. The goal is not what the fitness coach wants, but what the client seeks for themselves. The training environment should be a comfortable work-zone. This area is a place for clients to take pride on improving goals for their future success stories. The end result that Eric would like to see is a client is being able to look themselves in the mirror and feel the greatest satisfaction of their hard work and efforts.

Callie believes that fitness training can benefit anyone who is willing to put in the time and work. The end results for each individual will be worth it. Her intent when training clients is to make it fun and help them want to choose fitness as a lifestyle. The client’s intent should always be to find a challenging goal and bring it with them to complete during each session. Once that goal is completed, the client should look beyond that and keep moving forward to another goal.The goal of fitness training should make clients feel better both mentally and physically. Making a habit of this feeling and using it to have better quality of life is always an end goal. The training environment should be comfortable and friendly as well as a safe place to go and feel secure. The environment should help clients let go of negativity and learn to feel secure in their own bodies.

Callie likes to see clients overcome a challenge/goal and feel like they have gained something positive during each and every session. She likes to see them believe in themselves as much as she believes in them.

Justin believes that fitness training is a key component to living a well-rounded, healthy life. It is the physical development of your body combined with healthy eating and adequate sleep that leads to success. His intent while training is to develop strong muscles that can be used functionally, every day. The client should be ready to work hard, safely, and effectively to reach whatever goal they may have. This includes building muscle, losing fat, eating right, sleeping well, and just living a healthy lifestyle.The goal of fitness training in general is to build lean muscle, increased flexibility, and decrease risk factors for disease and injury. The training environment should be safe, clean, and welcoming. The owners, trainers, and equipment should be focused on the clients’ specific goals and outcome measures.
