Having a personal coach helps to prevent injuries because we make sure you are doing your exercises correctly and with the proper amount of weight or resistance. This way, we are able to ask you how your body feels during the work out and adjust your exercise accordingly.
Our personal trainers are not just rep counters; we act as your coach, your teacher, your trainer and your friend. A personal coach can encourage you and actually push you to go further than if you were exercising alone.
We believe that accountability is a main ingredient in your success. When you exercise alone, it’s easier to make excuses to skip a work out altogether. By having a pre-scheduled work out time with your trainer, you gain the accountability that helps you stick to your workout plans which increases your ability to reach your fitness goals.
