Because we make sure you are doing your exercises correctly, and with the proper amount of weight or resistance, we can avoid injuries. Having a personal coach allows us to ask you how your body is feeling during the workout and we can adjust your exercise accordingly.
You don’t need a rep counter; a personal trainer that can actually motivate and encourage you will produce much better results than if you exercise alone. At times, our trainers act as many things including your coach, your teacher, your trainer and your friend.
When you exercise alone, it’s easier to make excuses to skip a work out altogether. We believe that when you have a pre-scheduled workout time with your trainer, you gain accountability which increases your ability to meet your fitness goals.
