When you join our fitness family, you’ll be given a journal to help with accountability. You’ll keep track of your food, exercise and self. Be honest in the journal–even if you have a weak moment. We don’t judge! Our priority is to help you make progress toward your goals. It is imperative to keep up with the journal to properly measure success.
