Having a personal coach helps to prevent injuries because we make sure you are doing your exercises correctly and with the proper amount of weight or resistance. This way, we are able to ask you how your body feels during the work out and adjust your exercise accordingly.
Our personal trainers do not function only as rep counters; depending on the situation, we act as your coach, your teacher, your trainer and your friend. Why? A personal coach can encourage you and actually push you to go further than if you were exercising alone.
