Even if you have a weak moment, it is important to be honest in the journal. We don’t judge! Our priority is to help you make consistent progress toward your goals. You need to keep up with the journal to properly measure success.
Keeping track of your progress and success is necessary in a nutritional journal. In addition, you’ll have regular discussions with your trainer about your progress. He or she will offer advice to help you meet your goals. We take a holistic approach to overall and body health.
