Not only is it safer because the trainer is there to “spot” you, but we are also make sure you are doing the exercises correctly (in the proper form) while using the proper amount of weight. Because we are with you during the fitness session, we help prevent injuries by making sure you are doing the exercises correctly, with the proper amount of weight or resistance. We ask you how your body feels and adjust your exercises accordingly. This benefits you in numerous ways. First, it lets us make sure you are getting the maximum benefit from an exercise. If you need slightly more weight, we can add it. An extra 5 pounds can be the difference between an effective workout and a maximum-effectiveness workout. This one-on-one training method also keeps you safe. Exercising alone can be dangerous; accidents happen. You’ll always be safe with a personal trainer.
